I found this GEM on a whim. And once I entered the doors I knew I had to have my father's 70th birthday party here! The ambiance is breathtaking. Then I met Tommy and he sold me on the space. EVERYTHING he promised, he provided. And he catches all that I missed. It is hard to find managers like this nowadays. All my guests raved about the food - we are Jamaican- and the staff. Great venue! Wonderful staff! I can't wait to have another event!!!!! And all this on Long Island. I am still in awe!!!

Staff is excellent , food is great , great menu , great prices , & huge portions . What else can you ask for

Tommy and the Lakeview Ballroom were nothing short of exceptional for my mom’s 75th birthday celebration. The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous, and Tommy had every detail covered. He asked all the right questions, even ones I hadn’t thought of, to ensure everything was perfect. Tommy and his staff were a well-oiled machine, making the entire event flow beautifully. My mom especially loved the VIP suite, where she got dressed, enjoyed champagne and a charcuterie board, and had her own private bathroom. The lake and fountain in the back made for stunning photos, adding a special touch to the day. Originally, I had planned an outdoor event, but the rain forced a last-minute change. Tommy stepped in and helped me relocate everything to the ballroom in just four days, handling the entire process like a complete professional. What was also great was that we were able to bring our own food. I highly recommend Tommy and the Lakeview Ballroom—they made the day unforgettable!

I hosted a luncheon at the Lakeview Restaurant at the Hamlet in Plainview a couple of weeks ago for approximately 25 friends. Tommy did a marvelous job. The event was a huge success and the food was delicious. Everyone had a tremendous time and the restaurant has such a warm atmosphere. I always enjoy inviting friends to come join me for dinner. Kudos to Tommy and his staff. 5 stars for sure!!!

Had a party last night for our son's recent wedding. Tommy did a fantastic job for us. Food and service were outstanding. We highly recommend the facility for anyone considering a party here.
